Pilates
What services do you offer?
We currently offer Pilates Classes from three amazing instructors: Nikki, Holly, and Natalie. We also offer one-to-one Personal Training Sessions and Group Strength Classes.
How do I book?
All services are booked through our website via the "Book Online" page or button on our homepage. Online booking helps you stay organised by tracking sessions, sharing key health and fitness details with your trainer, and monitoring your progress over time.
Can I cancel or rebook short notice?
Changes made more than 24 hours in advance can be managed directly through your account on our website.
On Mobile:
1. Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner of the website.
2. Select Log In (if you’re not already logged in).
3. Once logged in, tap the drop-down arrow next to your name.
4. Select My Bookings.
5. You’ll see a list of all your bookings.
6. Click Manage on the relevant booking to access the Reschedule option.
On Laptop/Desktop:
1. Click Log In at the top-right corner of the website.
2. Once logged in, click the drop-down arrow next to your name.
3. Select My Bookings.
4. Choose the booking you want to change and click Manage to reschedule.
Reschedules within 24 hours:
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section at the bottom of our website for full details.
Cancellations will be converted into account credit, which may be used toward a future booking.
Do you offer gym memberships?
We don’t operate on a membership model. The gym is available exclusively to clients who book personal training sessions with our trainers.
How many people are in each class?
Our pilates classes are for a maximum of 10 participants, which ensures personalised attention. This way, instructors can provide guidance and adjustments tailored to your needs or experience level.
Can I transfer or share my booking with someone else?
Bookings are non-transferable to other clients for safety and scheduling purposes. You can, however, reschedule using your account credit.
How early should I arrive for my session?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your class to get settled, meet your instructor, and prepare for your session.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is street parking available on the side street, and other roads located around the church, and overflow parking is permitted at the Barlow. Please note that parking in the nearby school car park or across the crossing is not permitted.
