At The Church PT, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

We currently offer Personal Training Sessions for one-on-one guidance, where our trainers help you maximise your results. For those who thrive in a motivating group environment, our Group Strength Training Classes provide a fun, high-energy atmosphere to build strength, endurance, and confidence. Additionally, our Pilates Classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body balance, perfect for improving posture, mobility, and mind-body connection. Whatever your fitness journey looks like, we have the right class to support you every step of the way.

Important Booking Information: 

Please note: Once a class is fully booked, the "Book Now" button will no longer Appear, Instead, you will see a "Join Waitlist" option.

You will then be redirected to download the Fit By Wix app which allows you to track your progress, manage your bookings and join any class waitlists. 

When logging in, If you are prompted for an invite code, please enter the following: UFYZ79
