Train together, stay motivated, and push your limits in a small-group setting designed to help you feel confident and supported. With a maximum of 10 people per session, you’ll enjoy a high-energy, encouraging atmosphere while still receiving focused attention from our personal training duo, Sam and Harry, in our unique fitness studio, a beautifully converted old Methodist church that blends historic charm with a modern training space. Each class combines weight training and cardio for a balanced, full-body workout that builds strength and endurance. Whether you bring a friend or partner or come solo to meet like-minded people, you’ll find this is the ideal environment to build strength, stay consistent, and feel comfortable while reaching your goals.
